Small Hotels From Around The Globe

Can we forget about massive structures for a while and take this moment to appreciate these diminutive hotels? There’s one in Jordan created by Mohammed al Malaheem out of an old Volkswagen Beetle, situated in the middle of the desert and in which two people can fit. It used to be the smallest one in the whole planet until it was ousted by Germany’s 2.5-meter-wide Eh’häusl, built in 1728, at a time when couples had to prove they owned land before they were allowed to marry. Today, it’s 53 meters of floor space containing a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as a breakfast room!
